K.Neo (“the App”) is operated by SECRETLINX, a company registered in France under SIREN 923 425 961 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the App handles and how. Contact: support@kneoapp.com.
K.Neo is a self-custodial wallet. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored on your device. We never receive, store, or have access to your private keys or recovery phrase in readable form, and we never take custody of your funds.
To provide and secure the App, authenticate sign-in, enable backup and recovery, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use third parties strictly to operate the App: a cloud database and authentication provider (to store your email and your encrypted backup), a blockchain data provider (to read on-chain balances), and a licensed payment partner that processes optional card purchases (their own privacy terms apply to that purchase). These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Transactions you make are recorded on public blockchains and are outside our control; on-chain data is public and permanent by design.
We keep account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your email and encrypted backup at any time via our account deletion page or by contacting support@kneoapp.com; on-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and encrypt your backup on your device before it ever leaves your phone. No system is perfectly secure; protect your recovery phrase and your backup password.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and LGPD where relevant), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via support@kneoapp.com.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
