This page explains how to request deletion of your K.Neo account and the data associated with it.
Email kneo@duck.com from (or stating) the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Transactions recorded on public blockchains are outside our control and are permanent by design; they cannot be deleted.
K.Neo is a self-custodial wallet. Your private keys, recovery phrase and funds live on your device, not on our servers. Deleting your account removes the server-side data listed above; it does not move or affect the wallet on your device. Keep your own backup of your recovery phrase before deleting if you still need access.
